What types of training does Flow offer?

We offer a range of training solutions, depending on whether you are an end user, a customer carrying out implementation, or a Flow partner. Contact us to discuss what options will best meet your needs.

Is any training required to learn to use Flow?

Flow software is well supported from the scoping to implementation phase, so for some end users the only requirement is to understand the general processes of Flow. We offer a short Flow Essentials course for end users. Further in-depth training providing implementation instruction and certification options are available to appropriate groups.

Do you offer Flow certification?
Flow offers certification within specialist areas for our partners, who can become Certified Flow Consultants. We want our partners to have a high level of skill and knowledge with Flow, to add value to their business. Those who complete certification training successfully can then move on to develop further knowledge in order to become a Certified Flow Specialist in a range of advanced Flow operations.

How do I book for a Flow course?

We work directly with our customers to identify training needs, for formal training courses and custom delivery of Flow knowledge and skills. If you think it’s time to upskill with Flow, contact us now.

What is the Flow training cancellation policy?

We will work with customers to provide training at convenient times and locations. Should there be an issue with arrangements already made, talk to your Flow Service Team to reach an agreeable resolution. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least seven days prior to scheduled training. Attendee substitutions may be made in some circumstances.

What is the value of training?

Flow Training is a wise investment in the future of your business. Although there is a cost to training, which varies with the level of learning and length of course, money is well spent on identifying and training the right person in your business, to save you time and money on support over time.

Why do Flow courses have prerequisites?
Prerequisites are detailed so that attendees can start a course at a similar level, and move at a similar pace of learning. This assists you to identify whether you are the right person in your business to attend specific courses we offer.
